We have been in the advertising business since 1984. Sherry has worked with some of Arkansas' largest agencies such as Cranford Johnson Robinson & Associates, Mangan Rains Ginnaven Holcomb (now Mangan & Partners), and Kirkpatrick/Williams & Associates.

Throughout these twenty-seven years in the business we have had experience in every aspect of ad agency work: print design, web design, TV & radio production, billboard production, all types of media buying, planning, marketing, public relations, focus group studies, secret shopper programs, grand opening celebrations, and consulting work.

BENEFITS OF USING OUR COMPANY

1. Affordability  Because we don’t have the staff that most agencies have, we eliminate typical layers of staff billing … thus saving you money. Production charges are billed at $75 per hour and are always pre-approved by the client and kept to a minimum so that the majority of your funds go toward media placement.

2. Media Buying Expertise  Our experience allows us to negotiate low rates with good placement. We are in constant contact with media representatives offering special discounts, packages, trades and last minute availabilities.

3. Money Savings  Advertising agencies receive a 15% discount on placement of most media (newspaper is one of the few exceptions to this rule). If your monthly advertising budget stays at a minimum of $5,000 commissionable media, we won’t have a need to charge you any hourly fees for media planning and placement, public relations or accounting fees. Those moneys will be earned strictly from the media commission received.

4. Timely Payments  Our policy is to pre-bill you each month's schedule thus allowing you ample time to pay the invoice before the media airs. Many ad agencies pay the media between 60-120 days after the schedule airs, which means some media lose their commission because of these delays. The media reps we work with love the fact that they receive payment from us in a timely manner and therefore are more willing to offer our agency special rates.

5. Unbiased Media Recommendations  Account executives for individual radio and television stations make their living off of commissions. Therefore, the primary motive of even the most ethical sales representatives is making a sale. As your agency, we have nothing to gain or lose by recommending a particular media. Our unbiased recommendations are motivated solely by how well the media “buy” will work for you. Since we earn our commission from all the media, we work for you. Our relationship hinges on your satisfaction with our strictly objective performance.

6. One Statement  Instead of you sorting through invoices from numerous media, we will provide you with one monthly statement. Part of our function is checking station invoices against our written, accepted insertion and broadcast orders for each media. If something didn’t run as ordered, we request make goods or refunds for you. Once that month’s schedule has run, and we’ve verified the accuracy of each media’s invoice, we send you a copy of those media invoices to attach to your prepaid invoice from us. Any errors or adjustments needed will be made on your following month’s invoice. This allows you the opportunity to see each media invoice without the hassle of making multiple media payments.

7. Co-op  We will file co-op on your behalf (if there is any), and provide you with a copy of the co-op request. The check will continue to come directly to you.

8. Time Savings  While we accept proposals from all media that fit your target demographic and marketing strategy, we only present you with the best. We will supply you with a stack of our business cards to distribute to media representatives so that they will contact us instead of monopolizing your time. The time you have been spending planning, placing and reviewing media buys can now be focused on sales!

9. Local  Because we have spent all twenty-seven advertising years living and working in this market we know it well. We know the changes that have occurred and are occurring in the Central Arkansas media market. This experience enables us to know a good rate and a rip-off when we see it. This doesn’t mean we’re limited to knowledge of only the Little Rock market. We frequently buy in many other markets for our clients and have great success. Obviously the local agencies know their own market best, but sometimes it’s to your advantage to have one agency handle several of your locations. This allows you to meet with one group versus traveling to each market to meet with each individual agency. It also allows you to have one invoice to pay versus many.

10. Service  Because we limit the number of clients that we work with at one time you always get the service you need and deserve. Most large ad agencies have clients with really big budgets and you could be considered one of their smaller accounts. At our agency you would be one of our big clients and therefore receive proper attention. Our agency doesn’t have any inexperienced employees … only those seasoned with twenty-five years of experience. At larger agencies your account could be handled by a less experience team or employee.

11. Public Relations  If needed, we can provide full public relations services. Our experience ranges from public relations grand opening plans and follow-through to a state-wide public relations campaign for Arkansas.

12. Full Service Advertising Agency  We will provide all the services needed from beginning to end of a promotion. We can write and produce radio, television commercials and infomercials or add local tags to your national spots. We produce all print artwork and web design. We’re ready to go to work for you to help your business grow.

In addition to the “normal” agency work we offer additional services. We can implement focus group studies, secret shopper programs, trades with local media and anything else that will help your business be successful.
